Help with your next delivery

1. Choose your files or a folder on the sending page.
2. Open Message and delivery settings to add context, a password or an expiry. Share any password separately from the link.
3. Select Create transfer link. Keep this tab open while the files upload and originals are checked.
4. Copy your delivery link when it is ready and share it with your recipient.

1. Quick send: 1 GB per delivery. Free: 5 GB per delivery. Pro: 20 GB per delivery. Studio: 1 TB per delivery.
2. Choose up to 200 files per delivery. The total original size counts towards your plan, including files reused from earlier deliveries.
3. Open Plans to check active storage, link expiry and current monthly prices.
4. For a larger data estate, contact Elara to scope a cloud migration before sending files.

1. Use Pause upload if you need to stop. If your connection drops, keep the tab open while it reconnects.
2. To resume after closing the page, return in the same browser and account without clearing browser storage.
3. Choose the same original files. Keep their names, contents, message, password and expiry settings unchanged.
4. Select Resume upload, or Create transfer link after reopening the page. Elara checks the files and resumes accepted parts when it finds the same upload.
5. Complete the upload within 24 hours of starting it. After that, create a new delivery.

1. Open the link from your sender. You do not need an account.
2. Enter the delivery password if your sender set one.
3. Choose Download file beside an original. For several files, choose Prepare download to create one ZIP archive with the original folder paths.
4. When the ZIP is ready, choose Download all files. If it is still preparing, you can leave and return to the same link. Individual originals remain available.
5. Save the files before the delivery expires. A download starting is not confirmation that the recipient saved it.

1. Sign in and open My transfers.
2. Under Request files, enter a request name and optional instructions.
3. Create the upload request and copy its link.
4. Share the link. Received deliveries appear in My transfers and use your receiving account allowance.

1. Open My transfers in the browser or account that owns the delivery.
2. Find the delivery and choose Revoke access.
3. Confirm your choice. New download authorisation is blocked.
4. A download already authorised may start for up to 60 seconds, and a stream already started may continue. Revoking a link does not remove a copy your recipient has saved.

1. Sign in and open Billing.
2. Select Manage subscription to open Stripe’s billing page.
3. Choose the available subscription or cancellation action.
4. Return to Elara Send. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps the allowance for the period already paid.

1. Choose your original files as usual.
2. Elara prepares suitable files on your device and selects a smaller payload where it saves data.
3. Large files reuse matching verified parts your account still holds. New and changed parts are checked before the delivery becomes available.
4. The service restores a prepared file and checks the original before making the delivery available.
5. Your recipient downloads the original. The delivery receipt shows uploaded file data and upload data avoided, excluding retries and connection requests.

1. Use the same browser to return to My transfers after Quick send.
2. Keep browser storage until you have finished managing the delivery. Clearing it removes this browser’s guest identity and local resumption records.
3. Create an account if you need to manage deliveries from another device.
4. Keep your own originals separately from a delivery link.
