What are you paying for?
Pro holds up to 100 GB of active deliveries, so a 20 GB handover does not need to displace every other project. Studio gives one account up to 3 TB of active deliveries. Both extend link availability from 7 days to 30 days and let you show your sender name.
Passwords, original file delivery and client upload requests are already included with a free account. Choose a paid plan when you need its capacity or longer availability.
Keep the handover simple.
Every plan includes password protected deliveries, pause and resume, link expiry and access revocation. Active storage counts the full original size of every active delivery, including reused files. Two active deliveries containing the same 3 GB originals use 6 GB of allowance, even if the second needs no repeat upload. A delivery accepts up to 200 files. Upload sessions remain open for 24 hours. New delivery limits per hour are 10 per browser for Quick send, 20 per account for Free, 100 for Pro and 500 for Studio. Quick send and Free also share network allowances, described in the Terms.
Paid plans renew monthly. Manage or cancel your subscription from Billing. Your allowance remains until the end of the paid period.
