Delivery support
Include the transfer name, your browser and the approximate time. Keep passwords and private delivery links out of your message. If a recipient cannot open a link, check its expiry and whether you revoked access. The Help guides cover sending, resuming and downloading.
Accounts and payments
Use your account email when asking about a subscription or account change. Include the payment date or receipt reference. We will never ask for your card details by email.
