Terms

Choose files you are entitled to share. Keep your originals. You control the people who receive your delivery link and any password. Links end at the expiry you choose or when you revoke them.

Use accurate account details and protect your sign in. You retain ownership of your files. You give us permission to store, process and deliver them to provide the service. Do not upload unlawful material, malware or files that infringe another person’s rights. We may restrict access to address abuse or a valid legal request.

The Plans page states the current allowance for each plan. Active storage counts the full original size of each active delivery, including reused files. Download all can prepare a ZIP archive while individual originals remain available. The archive keeps the delivery expiry and does not increase your active storage allowance usage. Upload sessions last 24 hours. A transfer accepts up to 200 files. Expiry stops new downloads and schedules file deletion. A download already authorised can continue briefly. Keep a separate copy of anything you need after expiry.

Quick send permits up to 5 GB of declared original file size and 20 new transfer starts per shared network each UTC day. Free accounts permit up to 20 GB and 200 starts per shared network each UTC day. New starts are limited to 6 per minute for Quick send and 12 per minute for Free accounts. People on the same connection share these network allowances. The daily allowance resets at 00:00 UTC. Pro and Studio do not use these free network allowances. New transfer starts are also limited each hour: 10 per browser for Quick send, 20 per account for Free, 100 for Pro and 500 for Studio. The transfer and active storage limits of your plan still apply.

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in US dollars through Stripe. Checkout shows the charge before you pay. Cancel through Billing to stop the next renewal. Your allowance remains until the end of the paid period. After it ends, the free allowance applies to new deliveries. Existing links keep their original expiry. Contact us about an incorrect charge or a service problem.
